{"id":1065,"date":"2022-03-27T19:41:13","date_gmt":"2022-03-27T17:41:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/myestimate.it\/?p=1065"},"modified":"2022-03-27T19:41:14","modified_gmt":"2022-03-27T17:41:14","slug":"perizia-tecnica-a-chi-serve-e-quando","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/myestimate.it\/index.php\/2022\/03\/27\/perizia-tecnica-a-chi-serve-e-quando\/","title":{"rendered":"PERIZIA TECNICA: A CHI SERVE E QUANDO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visto l\u2019ultimo post, per prima cosa, direi di non parlare pi\u00f9 di perizie ma di rapporti di valutazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un rapporto di valutazione pu\u00f2 essere richiesto per molteplici motivi legati alla sua rilevanza tecnico-giuridica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ad esempio pu\u00f2 essere richiesto per stimare i danni, per motivi ereditari o ancora ai fini di una compravendita, ecc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/taa\/1.5\/16\/1f449.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\">Il valutatore immobiliare quando redige il rapporto deve applicare quella che \u00e8 definita come best practice, ovvero quello standard valutativo riconosciuto come minimo accettabile. Effettivamente quando una \u201cperizia\u201d deve essere presentata per avere rilevanza ad esempio ai fini di un processo, \u00e8 normale che sia \u201cgiurata\u201d. Infatti il tecnico che l\u2019ha redatta dichiara di avere &#8220;bene e fedelmente adempiuto all&#8217;incarico affidatogli al solo scopo di far conoscere la verit\u00e0&#8221;.
